Job Description


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of student trials and follow-ups. You will be the primary point of contact for parents and students, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to the successful start of regular classes.


* *Follow-up & Conversion:* Actively follow up with parents after trial sessions to gather feedback and confirm regular class bookings.

* *Tutor Matching:* Analyze student needs (grade, curriculum, subjects) to match them with the most suitable tutor.

* *Administrative Support:* Maintain accurate student records, manage communications via WhatsApp and phone, and ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved.


* *Organization:* Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle inquiries simultaneously.


* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in managing databases and using communication tools like WhatsApp for business.
