Back Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Enter data into computer systems maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity targets

· Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and report findings to supervisors

· Prepare reports, statements, and documentation summarizing operational activities

· Respond to client and internal inquiries addressing concerns professionally

· Coordinate with multiple departments supporting project completion and information sharing

· Implement process improvements identifying efficiency opportunities and recommending solutions

· Maintain confidentiality handling sensitive employee and customer information

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.

· 3-5 years back office executive job role experience or similar role

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and specialized back office software

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
