Job Description

Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, online leads, and networking.

Handle and follow up with prospective clients interested in residential and commercial real estate projects.

Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and recommend suitable properties/projects.

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Update lead details, follow-ups, meetings, and site-visit status in the CRM regularly.
