Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across all GBPL construction sites throughout the shift
- Track movement of supervisors, drivers, and site staff against expected schedules/routes
- Cross-verify attendance records against CCTV footage timestamps
- Flag unauthorized visitors, safety violations, or irregular activity in real time
- Conduct spot-checks on recorded footage for sites not under active live view
- Maintain a daily monitoring log and report discrepancies to HR/site supervisors same-day
- Escalate security incidents or safety violations immediately per protocol
