Job Description
About the Role
Managing day-to-day store-level operational activities to ensure a seamless and excellent guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles, garnishing, etc.
- Take customer orders and provide accurate information about menu items.
- Prepare food items according to the recipes and guidelines provided by the Store Manager.
- Handle the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain proper inventory of food items in the kitchen.
- Take orders over the phone and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock levels at the outlet.
- Participate in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of brand products and promotions.
