Job Description – Collection Team Leader

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Designation: Collection Team Leader / Collection Manager

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on last drawn salary and experience)

Experience: 3–6 years in Collections, preferably in NBFC / Fintech / Pay Day Loan

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the collection team and daily targets.

Handle Pay Day Loan collections and ensure timely recovery.

Achieve individual and team collection targets.

Monitor daily performance, productivity, and collection efficiency.

Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

Handle escalations and support the team in difficult cases.

Prepare and maintain daily collection MIS and performance reports.

Coordinate with management regarding collection performance and challenges.

Ensure adherence to company policies and fair collection practices.

Train and motivate team members to improve performance.

Requirements

3–6 years of relevant collection experience.

Experience in Pay Day Loan / NBFC / Fintech collections will be preferred.

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Collection Manager is preferred.

Strong team-handling and communication skills.

Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
