Hiring | Collection Agent
Location: Sector 30, Gurgaon | Work From Office
Process: Collections
Salary: Upto ₹30K In-Hand
Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility
• 6 months Experienced Both is Required.
• Good English Communication Skills
• C1 Communication Required
• Customer Handling & Negotiation Skills Preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Contact customers regarding pending payments
• Understand customer concerns and follow up for payments
• Maintain proper customer records and follow-up details
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Work towards timely recovery of outstanding dues
