Job Description
Job Profile:
Responsible for preparing Chinese cuisine and fast food items, including
noodles, fried rice, momos, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, fries, and other menu
items. Assists senior chefs in food preparation, maintains food quality and
presentation, follows standard recipes and portion sizes, ensures kitchen
cleanliness and hygiene, handles kitchen equipment safely, manages
ingredients, and follows food safety standards while minimizing food wastage.
