Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesHP & Dell Hardware Diagnostics & Repair:
- Perform comprehensive physical and hardware-level troubleshooting specifically on HP (ProBook, EliteBook,) and Dell (Latitude, Precision) laptops and desktops.
- Execute precise component replacements including cracked screens, keyboards, trackpads, batteries, DC/Type-C charging ports, cooling fans, and internal heatsinks.
- Diagnose and resolve motherboard-level hardware failures, power rail issues, and display output faults.
- Upgrades & Component Installation:
- Upgrade system memory (RAM) and storage drives (SATA SSD, M.2 NVMe SSD) to optimize device performance.
- Reapply thermal paste and perform comprehensive internal dust cleaning/servicing to prevent overheating issues.
