Superstellar Burgers – Cloud Kitchen

• Assist the CDP and senior kitchen team in daily kitchen operations and service.
• Prepare burgers, sandwiches, sides, sauces, toppings, and other menu items as per recipes, SOPs, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Handle daily mise en place, prep, marination, portioning, and batch preparation as assigned.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion control, presentation, and cooking standards.
• Execute orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining speed during peak hours.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, sanitation, temperature control, labeling, storage, and FIFO practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations, equipment, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Assist with stock checks, ingredient replenishment, production sheets, and wastage control.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing meat, vegetables, buns, sauces, packaging, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with the CDP and packing/dispatch team to ensure orders are complete and dispatched correctly.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and deep-cleaning of the kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance or equipment issues.
• Support new product trials, recipe testing, and menu preparation when required.
• Maintain a disciplined, clean, and professional kitchen environment.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the CDP or management.
