About Us

We are a growing healthy food cloud kitchen specializing in fresh, nutritious and high-protein bowls, salads, wraps, snacks and beverages. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare healthy bowls, salads, wraps and other menu items according to standardized recipes.

* Prepare and cook ingredients including vegetables, grains, pulses, paneer, tofu and other vegetarian products.

* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.

* Follow recipe specifications and ensure correct ingredient quantities.

* Handle food preparation, cooking and plating/packing efficiently during busy hours.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of raw and cooked food.

* Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for ingredients and stock.

* Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment, utensils and workstations.

* Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene practices.

* Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

* Minimize food wastage through proper portion control and preparation.

* Coordinate with the kitchen helper and other team members.

* Assist with basic inventory checks and inform the manager about low-stock ingredients.

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, cloud kitchen or QSR is preferred.

* Experience with vegetarian cooking is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.

* Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.

* Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

* Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours.

* Punctual, reliable and responsible.

* Good teamwork and communication skills.

* Willingness to learn new recipes and healthy cooking methods.

Working Hours

Full-Time

Shift timings will be discussed during the interview.

Weekly off as per company policy.

Salary

₹[18000-20000] per month, depending on experience and skills.

Performance incentives may be offered based on company policy.
