Job Description

1) Identify and approach companies,business owners,HNI and institutional buyers.

2)Generate qualified leads for Residential plots,Farmhouses and other Projects.

3) Developement Appoint Brokers,Property Consultants and refferral Partners to expand the Sales Network.

4) Convert Leads in to Booing and Quarterly Sales Targets.

5) Build Long Term Relationship with Corporates,Investors,Brokers and existing Customers.

6) Maintail Lead Records , Follow up shcedules, Site visit Reports and Sales Pipeline Data.

7) Cordinate with Customers and Internal teams for Booking amounts and pending payments.
