### ✅ Eligibility
* Minimum **12th Pass** (Result in hand) / Graduate
* **6 Months to 8 Years** of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling, or Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills in **Hindi & English**

### 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective students.
* Explain Frankfinn's Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service courses.
* Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities.
* Generate and follow up on leads.
* Convert enquiries into walk-ins, counselling sessions, and admissions.
* Maintain call records and update lead details in the CRM.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
* Provide a professional and positive counselling experience.
