Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via calls, chat, email, or social media.



Resolve complaints and provide support related to orders/products.



Maintain customer records and follow up for satisfaction.



Coordinate with teams for quick issue resolution.



Deliver excellent customer service experience.



Requirements:



Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)



Basic computer knowledge



Problem-solving ability and customer-focused attitude



12th Pass / Graduate preferred
