Job Description

Customer Care Executive Location: Sector 37, Gurugram

Salary: ₹15,000-₹40,000/month

Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through Instagram, WhatsApp, Email and Calls.
  • Manage order, return and exchange-related queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide quick solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Confident on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer handling skills.
  • Prior customer care/customer support experience preferred.

Education: Graduate preferred.
