We are hiring Customer Service Executives for multiple BPO processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.


Customer service or BPO experience will be an added advantage.
