Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and responsible Customer Relationship Executive to maintain smooth communication and coordination between mentors, parents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain strong and professional relationships with mentors and parents.

- Coordinate and align mentors for demo classes.

- Ensure smooth coordination and scheduling of regular classes.

- Handle and resolve disputes or concerns between mentors, parents, and students professionally.

- Follow up with mentors and parents to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Support the team with other management and operational tasks whenever required.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination across different stakeholders.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Soft-spoken, polite, and professional in communication.

- Good with words and able to communicate smartly and effectively according to different situations.

- Strong coordination and relationship-management abilities.

- Clever, confident, and capable of handling conversations and challenging situations professionally.

- Good problem-solving and dispute-resolution skills.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with mentors and parents.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working in the US Shift.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
