Job Description

We are hiring experienced Customer Service Associates to handle customer queries related to securities, capital markets, trading, and demat accounts. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats; resolving queries related to holdings, trade orders, settlements, and account statements; handling funds and securities transfer requests; maintaining accurate records; and following KYC, data privacy, and compliance procedures.
