Job Description
- Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.
- For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.
- Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.
- Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product is mandatory.
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.
- Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.
