Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused professionals to join the International Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to hotel bookings, booking payments, cancellations, and other booking related concerns. The candidate will also be responsible for sales and upselling relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries professionally through calls
2. Assist customers with hotel booking related queries
3. Help customers with booking payments and payment related concerns
4. Assist customers with booking cancellations and cancellation related queries
5. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
6. Promote and upsell relevant products and services
7. Handle customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
9. Achieve defined sales, upselling, quality, and productivity targets
10. Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes
11. Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant team when required

Work Schedule

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week offs
• Rotational shifts
• Cab facility available during odd hours

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate & Graduate can apply
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Strong customer handling skills
• Good convincing and upselling skills
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Candidates who are comfortable working in rotational shifts can apply
