Key responsibilities:


1. Call and WhatsApp customers to confirm COD (cash-on-delivery) orders

2. Follow up on abandoned carts and answer customer queries the same day

3. Coordinate with the packing team to track order status and shipments

4. Maintain daily records of orders, follow-ups, and customer responses


Additional candidate preferences:


1. Clear spoken Hindi/Hinglish (English is a plus)

2. Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day

3. Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and computer familiarity

4. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently


Who can apply:

  • Freshers welcome. Prior telecalling, BPO, or retail customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Clear spoken Hindi/Hinglish required; English communication is a plus.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
  • Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and computer familiarity.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
