We are looking for a Result Entry Executive to join a healthcare/laboratory operations team.

The role involves laboratory result entry, data verification, report processing, healthcare client coordination, and back-office support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities✅ Accurate entry of laboratory test results into LIS/EHR systems

✅ Verify patient demographics, test orders & results

✅ Cross-check data and maintain high accuracy

✅ Upload & deliver reports to physicians, clinics & healthcare providers

✅ Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, labs & partner practices

✅ Follow up for missing patient/insurance/diagnosis information

✅ Maintain trackers and operational reports

✅ Support client onboarding and basic system coordination

✅ Follow HIPAA, patient-data privacy & quality procedures

🔹 What We’re Looking For✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred

✔️ Experience in Lab Operations / Result Entry / Healthcare BPO / Medical Data Entry / Hospital Back Office preferred

✔️ Good typing speed & excellent accuracy

✔️ Familiarity with LIS / EHR / EMR is an advantage

✔️ Basic understanding of medical terminology

✔️ Strong attention to detail

✔️ Good communication and coordination skills

✔️ Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple tasks

🎯 Candidates with 1+ year of relevant healthcare/lab experience may also be considered.
