The DCDP/Commi 1 is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. This role involves managing daily mise-en-place, assisting in menu execution during peak service hours, maintaining strict food safety guidelines, and guiding junior commi chefs and trainees within an assigned kitchen section
