Job Description
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls
o Contact customers with pending dues via phone.
o Handle inbound queries related to payments and billing.
2. Debt Recovery
o Negotiate repayment plans with customers.
o Convince customers to clear outstanding balances.
3. Account Handling
o Review customer accounts and payment history.
o Update records in CRM systems after each interaction.
4. Follow-ups
o Schedule and perform regular follow-ups on overdue accounts.
o Ensure commitments are honored.
5. Compliance & Documentation
o Follow legal guidelines and company policies for collections.
o Maintain proper documentation of all interactions.
6. Dispute Resolution
o Address billing disputes and escalate when needed.
