Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Dental Clinic Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain a sterile environment, and manage basic administrative duties.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist the dentist during dental procedures such as examinations, fillings, cleanings, and extractions
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control standards
• Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and understanding of procedures
• Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified)
• Record patient medical history and treatment information accurately
• Manage dental supplies and inventory; ensure rooms are fully stocked
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical and waiting areas
• Provide post-treatment instructions to patients as directed by the dentist
• Schedule patient appointments and manage dental records (if required)
• Support reception duties when needed, including billing and answering phone calls
• Adhere to all dental protocols, regulations, and safety standards
