📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketer to manage and execute digital marketing strategies for our real estate business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, lead generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaigns, preferably within the real estate industry.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality real estate leads.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for real estate projects and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
• Manage website content, landing pages, blogs, and basic on-page SEO.
• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agencies for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns based on data and continuously improve lead quality and conversion.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising platforms.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other basic creative tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven approach with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: Monday
