Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can generate quality leads, increase sales through Meta and Google Ads, and manage our Instagram pages. The candidate should have practical experience running paid campaigns and planning daily social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate relevant enquiries for retail, wholesale and customised jewellery.
• Run campaigns for WhatsApp enquiries, Instagram messages and website sales, where applicable.
• Manage our three Instagram pages and plan what to post each day.
• Prepare a content calendar covering reels, posts, carousels, stories and promotions.
• Coordinate with our content creator to develop product videos, creatives and ad content.
• Write effective captions, ad copy and clear calls to action.
• Research target audiences in India and international markets.
• Monitor ad budgets, cost per lead, lead quality and sales results.
• Test different creatives and audiences to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to track leads through to confirmed orders.
• Share weekly reports with results and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing Instagram business accounts.
• A proven record of generating leads or sales through paid advertising.
• Good English communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to plan content, manage budgets and analyse campaign results.
• Jewellery, fashion or e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be ready to share examples of previous campaigns and results.
