Job Description
Key Responsibilities of Dispatch Executive / Dispatch Manager / Dispatch Team Leader :-
*Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
*Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing and shipment readiness.
*Arrange pickups with courier and transport partners.
*Generate dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and shipping labels as required.
*Maintain accurate dispatch records and update tracking details.
*Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
*Monitor shipment progress and resolve dispatch-related issues.
*Ensure products are dispatched as per company quality and packaging standards.
*Handle return shipments and coordinate replacement or reverse logistics.
*Maintain stock movement and dispatch reports.
*Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.
*Maintain timely delivery
