About the role

Mefova is hiring an E-commerce Customer Support Executive for its Gurugram office. The role focuses on customer communication through inbound and outbound calls and on following up on NDR cases with our logistics partner. This is a customer-support role and does not involve warehouse or logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer-support calls professionally.

• Make outbound customer-support and follow-up calls when required.

• Contact customers regarding NDR cases and record the required reattempt or delivery instructions.

• Coordinate NDR updates with the logistics partner and follow up until the case is resolved.

• Maintain accurate notes of calls, customer responses and pending actions.

• Escalate unresolved customer or delivery-related issues to the appropriate internal team.

• Communicate politely, clearly and patiently with customers.

Requirements

• Well-spoken Hindi.

• Basic written English.

• Basic computer skills.

• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Organised and consistent with follow-ups.

• Minimum education: 12th pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

• Immediate joining preferred.

This role does not include order-confirmation calls, shipment creation, label printing, courier allocation, packing, dispatch, inventory or warehouse management.
