E-Commerce Executive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

What this role is

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership rather than a narrow lane. You will own our secondary marketplaces end-to-end — listings, ads, pricing, promotions — and take on shipment planning and coordination as you settle in.

What you will own

Marketplace ownership — Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra

●     Full responsibility for these channels — revenue, listings, and growth

●     Create and maintain listings: content, images, variations, catalogue accuracy

●     Plan and run ad campaigns on each platform; manage budgets against agreed ACoS targets

●     Manage pricing, platform promotions, and participation in sale events

●     Track performance and report weekly — spend, revenue, ACoS by channel

Shipment & inventory coordination (from month two)

●     Plan and schedule FBA shipments in coordination with the warehouse team

●     Track inventory levels across marketplaces and flag reorder needs in advance

●     Coordinate dispatch timelines so shipments are never delayed by planning gaps

●     Monitor stranded, suppressed and out-of-stock listings and get them resolved

What we are looking for

Must have

●     2–4 years working inside an ecommerce seller business or marketplace agency

●     Hands-on experience with seller panels — Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar

●     Have personally run marketplace ad campaigns (not only monitored dashboards)

●     Understanding of FBA / fulfilment workflows and inventory planning

●     Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

●     Able to work independently and close loops without being followed up with

Good to have

●     Experience with Blinkit, Myntra, Meesho or other quick-commerce platforms

●     Exposure to WMS or inventory management software

●     Understanding of margins and unit economics — not just platform metrics

This is not the right role if

●     Your advertising experience is mainly Meta or Google Ads without marketplace panels

●     You prefer a single narrow function over a broad, varied role

●     You want a remote or hybrid arrangement — this role is fully on-site
