Job Description

Catalog Management: Upload, update, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.


Graphics and Video Creation: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and videos for product listings and campaigns.


Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure inventory accuracy.


Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Address and resolve IPR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.


Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns, analyzing performance for continuous improvement.


Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and monitor feedback to enhance service quality.


Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and campaign performance.


Team Meetings: Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.


Market and Competitor Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead.
