Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end account management for
a. MARKETPLACES :- Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra,
2. Allocate and monitor monthly budgets across discount offers, keyword bidding, and banner ads.
3. Must be good in
d. Inventory Forecasting.
e. Payment reconciliation.
f. Claim settlements.
g. FBA / IXD shipment & management.
h. Monitoring daily reports.
i. Ensure correct listing, images, and descriptions on all platforms.
5. Handle cataloging, promotions, and sales enhancement strategies on e-commerce portals.
6. Maintain high product ratings and customer feedbacks.
7. Manage product listings, content optimization and ensure SEO best practices.
8. Present weekly/monthly reports.
9. Monitor performance KPIs..
14. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure fulfillment efficiency and stock accuracy.
Requirements:
1. 3-4 years of proven experience managing e-commerce accounts, particularly Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa,
2. Strong understanding of online merchandising, platform algorithms,.
3. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa Seller Portal, etc.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools for sales and campaign tracking.
6. Vet influencers, daily vlogs, reviews, barter collaborations, and product launches.
7. Create dashboards for performance insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities
