Job Title: Electrical Project Execution ManagerJob SummaryThe Electrical Project Execution Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing electrical projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordination with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute electrical projects from initiation to completion
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety norms, and regulations
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Control project costs and ensure budget adherence
• Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Technical ResponsibilitiesOversee installation of:
• HT/LT panels
• Transformers
• DG sets
• Cabling and wiring systems
• Earthing and lightning protection systems
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues at site
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of electrical systems and project execution
• Project management and leadership skills
• Good understanding of safety standards and compliance

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• QualificationsB.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical project execution
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred
