Job Description
Position: Gardener Supervisor
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 18,000– 30,000 per month
Role:
- Gardening & installation team ko supervise karna
- Balcony, terrace aur garden projects manage karna
- Plants, soil, planters aur gardening material ki quality check karna
- Daily team allocation aur site schedule manage karna
- Customer requirements ko understand karke team ko execute karwana
- Project ko time par aur proper quality ke saath complete karwana
- Gardeners aur technicians ko train aur manage karna
- Project Manager ke saath coordination karna
Ideal Candidate:
2–5 years ka experience gardening, horticulture, landscaping, nursery ya garden maintenance mein. Practical plant knowledge, team handling aur good communication skills honi chahiye.
