Graphic Designer Intern

IDE is a design-led, multi-surface branding company operating across three verticals: 

IDE Commercial (B2B fleet branding, EV charger wraps, industrial decals), IDE Autoworks (premium vehicle wraps, PPF, retail), and Subumi(gaming and lifestyle skins).

We're an ISO 9001/14001 certified, Authorised 3M Converter with 13+ years in the business, working with clients like Uber, Rapido, Tata Power, DMRC, and more. We see ourselves as a design-IP company first — not a wrap shop or printing vendor — and we're looking for people who share that mindset.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join our design team and contribute across branding, vehicle wrap concepts, packaging, digital assets, and marketing collateral. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our design and production teams on live client projects — not just practice briefs.

• Design branding and wrap concepts for vehicles, EV chargers, and industrial surfaces
• Support the creation of marketing collateral — social media creatives, decks, proposals, and web assets
• Assist with die-line and vector production files for print and installation
• Contribute to packaging and product design work across our retail lines
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to bring concepts from idea to execution
• Take and incorporate feedback quickly across multiple concurrent projects
• What We're Looking ForProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required); familiarity with InDesign, CorelDRAW, or Figma is a plus
• Strong creative energy — someone who brings fresh ideas and enjoys experimenting, not just executing briefs literally
• A portfolio that shows range and craft — student projects, personal work, or freelance work are all welcome, we care about the thinking and execution
• An eye for detail, layout, typography, and color
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Good to HaveInterest in automotive, EV, or lifestyle/gaming aesthetics
• Basic understanding of print production and vinyl/wrap materials
• Exposure to motion graphics or basic video editing
