Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client handling, closing orders, creating menus, and engaging with clients to ensure their event needs are met with the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handling: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

• Closing Orders: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing and closing orders. Negotiate terms and ensure all client requirements are documented and agreed upon.

• Menu Creation: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop customized menus that align with client preferences, event themes, and dietary restrictions. Provide expert recommendations to enhance the client’s event experience.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution of their events. Provide timely updates, address any concerns, and ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
