Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop menus, recipes, and pricing strategies for continental and Italian cuisine dishes.
  • Oversee menu planning, inventory management, and waste control to minimize costs.
  • Supervise staff performance, providing guidance on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role (Head Chef/Sous Chef).
  • Strong knowledge of continental and Italian cuisine preparation methods.
