Job Description
Generate and follow up on leads for Home Loan and related financial products.
Understand customers' loan requirements, income profile, and eligibility.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for login, sanction, and disbursement.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and banking partners.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain proper records and update customer/case status in the company's system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the loan process.
