🏍️ HIRING: Home Visit Nurse – Razano Rapid (Gurgaon, Sector 50)

Razano is a home-care company for elderly patients. Our new Razano Rapid service sends a nurse on a two-wheeler to patients' homes within 20–30 minutes for short visits in Sectors 47–57, Gurgaon.

💰 PAY

• ₹18,000 fixed salary per month

• + ₹30 bonus for every visit (8 visits a day ≈ ₹6,000+ extra a month)

• + Petrol paid separately

• Uniform, ID card, full medical kit and supplies provided

🕘 TIMINGS

Day shift, about 10 hours, 6 days a week, 1 weekly off. Visits come on your phone in the Razano app.

✅ YOU MUST HAVE

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing (ANM with good injection experience also considered)

• Valid nursing council registration

• At least 1 year of hospital or home-care experience

• Your own two-wheeler, a valid driving licence and a smartphone

• Basic Hindi, and basic English to read prescriptions

🩺 WORK YOU WILL DO (you must be confident in ALL of these)

1. IM and SC injections, following the doctor's prescription

2. Insulin by syringe and insulin pen, plus blood sugar checks with a glucometer

3. BP, pulse, SpO2 and temperature checks, with a written record

4. Wound dressing: simple, post-operative, bedsore and diabetic foot

5. Stitch removal and surgical staple removal

6. Urinary catheter care and colostomy bag change

7. Nebulisation using the patient's own machine

8. Setting up a weekly pill box and teaching families to use an insulin pen

9. Hospital discharge visit: checking the discharge summary, medicines and wound

10. Safe disposal of sharps and biomedical waste (yellow and red bags)

11. Recognising danger signs and calling the doctor or 112 at once

Shortlisted candidates will do a short practical skills test (injection, dressing, sugar check, BP) at the interview.
