Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Manage daily housekeeping operations at high-rise residential sites.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including attendance, grooming, duty allocation, and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in common areas, lobbies, lifts, corridors, clubhouses, and other facilities.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and maintain backup staff for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers, site teams, and clients to resolve housekeeping-related complaints.
- Monitor the use of cleaning materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Maintain attendance records, inspection reports, and other operational data.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
- Handle multiple sites and travel as required by the company.
- Required Skills:
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to manage manpower and maintain service quality across sites.
