Job Description

HR ExecutiveWe are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR queries.
  • Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
