About the RolePowerXchange Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring timely closure of technical positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer roll-outs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining experience for selected candidates.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reports.
• RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in HR/Recruitment with a strong focus on Technical Recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT/technical roles and recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
