HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process, and completing final joining formalities.

The role will also involve supporting employee engagement and basic HR activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment – Major ResponsibilityUnderstand hiring requirements and prepare/coordinate job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the management/hiring team
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain regular recruitment trackers
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and documentation
• Ensure smooth pre-joining and joining process
• Complete joining formalities and maintain employee documentation
• Maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements
• Work towards achieving hiring targets and reducing time-to-hire
• Employee Engagement & HR SupportAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and team events
• Support employee communication and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with basic HR operations and employee-related coordination
• Help maintain attendance, leave records, and other basic HR documentation
• Support other HR activities as required
