Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)


  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable software solutions.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and handle customer queries.
  • Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with interested prospects for payment and sales closure.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and renewals.


Preferred Candidate


Candidates with experience in SaaS Sales, CRM Software Sales, IT Solutions, or B2B Tele Sales will be preferred.
