Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales Executive with strong spoken and written English. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, follow up with potential buyers and convert leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and Instagram.
• Handle enquiries for wholesale, retail and customised jewellery.
• Share product catalogues, pricing and quotations with buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers to close sales.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English is essential.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with Indian and international customers.
• Good sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, Excel and social media.
• Organised, proactive and consistent with follow-ups.
• Previous experience in inside sales, jewellery, fashion or accessories is preferred.
