About the RoleSmaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate bookings and drive sales through effective lead follow-up, upselling and customer relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries for events, bookings, packages and group activities.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
• Handle customer and corporate enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for confirmed bookings and events.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, sales and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
• Candidate Requirements1–4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Reactive Sales, Customer Sales, Hospitality Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in lead follow-up and sales conversion.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
• Good upselling and cross-selling ability.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and customer records.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
