Interior Designer

About the Role

As an authorized dealer for Livspace, we are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Modular Kitchen Designer & Sales Consultant. In this role, you will handle end-to-end client engagement—from outbound lead outreach and store consultations to designing functional, aesthetic modular kitchens using 2D/3D software and closing project sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Design Pitching: Meet prospective homeowners, understand their lifestyle, cooking habits, storage needs, and budget, and pitch Livspace modular kitchen solutions.
• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to warm leads, database contacts, architects, and new property owners to introduce our Livspace modular solutions and schedule design consultations.
• Design & Space Planning: Develop 2D space layouts, elevation drawings, and 3D modular kitchen visuals using CAD/3D software or Livspace design platforms (e.g., Canvas).
• Material & Module Selection: Guide clients through modular finishes (acrylic, laminate, PU, membrane), hardware, accessories, and core carcass materials based on Livspace catalogs.
• Estimation & Closures: Generate accurate modular kitchen quotes/BOQs, handle client objections, negotiate terms, and secure design sign-offs and booking advances.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate initial site measurements to ensure design feasibility before final production orders are placed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant practical experience in modular interiors.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, or modular design platforms (Livspace Canvas experience is a strong advantage).
• Modular Kitchen Knowledge: Solid understanding of kitchen layouts (L-shape, U-shape, Parallel, Island), ergonomics, modular carcass dimensions, and hardware systems. *Partnering as an authorized dealer for Livspace modular kitchens positions you at the intersection of branded interior design, standardized manufacturing, and local client execution.

Key areas to streamline and grow your dealership operations include:

• Sales & Pitch Frameworks: Value propositions comparing branded modular systems (factory finish, 10-year warranty, anti-bubble technology, precision hardware like Blum/Hettich) against traditional local carpentry.
• Lead Generation & Local Marketing: Strategies targeting local architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and direct homeowners through Google Business Profile, WhatsApp outreach, and localized showroom campaigns.
• Objection Handling: Scripts for common client hesitations around pricing, customization limits, delivery timelines, and comparison with competitors (e.g., HomeLane, Sleek, Godrej Interio).
• Quotation & Presentation Templates: Clear breakdowns covering carcass materials (MDF, HDF, BWR ply, HDHMR), shutter finishes (laminate, acrylic, PU, glass), and accessory configurations.
