Hiring: International Voice Process Agent

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and a high level of customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.
• Follow company processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English with a neutral or international accent preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and professional.
