Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in B2B technology sales who can identify global opportunities, build long-term enterprise relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound strategies
Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand business challenges
Present customized technology solutions aligned with client requirements
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams for smooth project handover
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in business development
Proven success in B2B & enterprise sales (international markets preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
