Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle basic data entry and day-to-day accounting entries.

- Maintain records of daily expenses and petty cash.

- Manage imprest expenses and maintain proper expense records.

- Collect, verify, and maintain bills, invoices, and payment receipts.

- Enter and maintain accounting transactions in Tally Prime.

- Assist in expense management, budgeting, and expense tracking.

- Maintain vouchers and supporting documents for all transactions.

- Perform basic bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.

- Coordinate with internal teams for expense bills and payment-related queries.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry.

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime is required.

- Understanding of expense management, petty cash, and imprest expenses.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

- B.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
